Not as standard - we are an assembly service, and our team arrives to build what has already been delivered. IKEA's own delivery almost always works out cheaper than paying a two-person team to queue at Wembley, Croydon or Greenwich and load a van. If you are genuinely stuck, ask when you get in touch: we can sometimes quote a collection separately, but we need the article numbers and pickup store first - a flat-pack PAX or NORDLI will not fit in a car.

Yes, and it is the best way to get an accurate picture of the job. Send the PAX or BESTÅ planner code, or the PDF IKEA emails you, and we can see exactly how many frames, doors, drawers and interior fittings are in the build. Two frames with hinged doors is a very different day to four frames with sliding doors and twelve interior fittings - with the code we can tell you the realistic time on site before you book.

It is common enough that we plan for it. We carry spare cam locks, dowels and common fixings, so a missing screw does not stop the build. If something structural is missing or damaged - a cracked panel, a bent drawer runner - we build everything we can, leave the item safe and stable, and give you the part name so you can claim the free replacement from IKEA. We then come back to finish that item once the part arrives.

Yes, with one honest caveat. Secondhand IKEA has usually been flat-packed a second time, and cam locks, dowel holes and chipboard edges do not always survive that - plus the instructions and fittings bag are often gone. Send photos of the panels and the bag of fittings before you book so we can tell you what is realistic. We will build it properly and anchor it safely, but our 12-month warranty covers our workmanship, not the condition of parts that were already worn.

We require 24 hours notice. With less notice, the booking deposit may be non-refundable because the slot is reserved.
