Yes, an adult needs to be on site to let us in and approve the final position of the bed. If you’re running late, just message us — we’ll wait a reasonable amount of time at no extra charge.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
It happens more often than you’d think, especially with ottoman beds. We’ll assemble everything we can, photograph the issue for you, and pause the job until the replacement arrives — then finish it on a short return visit, charged only for the time needed.
Can you take the packaging away?
Yes. We’ll fold the cardboard and polystyrene neatly for free, or take it away and dispose of it responsibly for a small fee. Just ask when you book.
How quickly can you come?
Often the same day. Morning bookings are usually available if you call before 11am; afternoon and evening slots most days of the week.
Do you offer a guarantee?
