We offer two ways to pay, so you can pick what suits the job. Most customers choose a fixed-price quote for peace of mind. If your bed is straightforward, our market rate (hourly) is often cheaper.

Prices shown are for standard London postcodes and include all tools, fixings and tidy-up. Complex access (sixth-floor walk-up, narrow stairwells), plasterboard fixings for wall beds, or unusual brands may add a small supplement — we’ll confirm before we start, never after.
Market rate (pay by the hour)
- £60 per hour, with a £99 minimum charge (covers the call-out and first ~1.5 hours).
- After that, charged in 15-minute blocks (£15 per 15 mins).
- Best if your bed is simple and likely to finish within the minimum.
- You only pay for the time spent on the job — no padding, no rounding up.
What’s included in every booking
- A DBS-checked, fully insured bed assembler with their own tools.
- Assembly of the frame, slats, gas-lift or ottoman mechanism, and headboard.
- Levelling and tightening so the bed doesn’t creak or wobble.
- Packaging folded neatly and stacked ready for recycling (or taken away for a small extra fee — just ask).
- A quick walk-through before we leave so you’re happy with the result.

How long will my bed take?
These are the realistic times we quote from experience on thousands of London jobs:
- Single bed, no storage — about 1 hour.
- Ottoman or cabin bed — about 2.5 hours.
- Double bunk bed (no storage) — about 2.5 hours.
- Bunk bed with storage — about 3 hours.
- Triple bunk bed — about 4 hours.
- Wall / Murphy bed — about 5 hours, and usually two installers. Add an hour if we’re fixing into plasterboard.

Do I need to be home?
Yes, an adult needs to be on site to let us in and approve the final position of the bed. If you’re running late, just message us — we’ll wait a reasonable amount of time at no extra charge.
What if a part is missing or damaged?
It happens more often than you’d think, especially with ottoman beds. We’ll assemble everything we can, photograph the issue for you, and pause the job until the replacement arrives — then finish it on a short return visit, charged only for the time needed.
Can you take the packaging away?
Yes. We’ll fold the cardboard and polystyrene neatly for free, or take it away and dispose of it responsibly for a small fee. Just ask when you book.
How quickly can you come?
Often the same day. Morning bookings are usually available if you call before 11am; afternoon and evening slots most days of the week.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. If anything is loose, creaky or not quite right within 30 days, we’ll come back and fix it free of charge.
