How much will it cost?
Our minimum charge is £99 for one pendant or ceiling light. Two lights £129, three £149, four £199, five £249. Chandeliers and fixtures needing extra ceiling support are quoted before we start. Send a photo on WhatsApp for a fixed quote — we never charge a call-out fee.
Do I need to buy the fixture first?
Yes — please have the new fixture on site before we arrive. Not sure what suits your ceiling rose or wiring? Send us a photo and we'll advise before you buy.
Can you fit a heavy chandelier?
Yes. For heavier fixtures we add proper ceiling support so it's mounted safely. Let us know the rough weight when booking and we'll come ready.
My flat is old and there's no earth wire — is that a problem?
Very common in pre-1960s London stock. Our electricians assess the wiring and, if needed, install an earth connection so everything meets current safety standards.
Can you do multiple rooms in one visit?
Yes — multi-room packages are usually 4–6 standard ceiling lights in a single half-day. Works out cheaper and faster than booking separate appointments.
Do you install recessed downlights?
Recessed / pot lights need ceiling cutting and extra wiring so they sit outside this light-replacement service. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll advise on the right option.
