What is usually included:
- Removal of previous doorbell
- Advice on the best location to install the doorbell after Jack AI checks surface, Wi-Fi and wiring details
- Mount video doorbell to door frame or external wall.
- Connect the device to the wireless network when Wi-Fi details and signal are ready
- If relevant, configure the device to give you real time alerts when you have visitors
- Test product and demonstrate product functionality
- Approximate installation time of 1 hour with 1 technician for battery powered and 2-3 hours for wired ones.
- Customer should have the Ring app, Wi-Fi password and good wireless strength near the install location ready
