Additional Fees & Terms

  • Minimum Appointment: 1 hour (includes the booking deposit for the first half hour and additional billing in 15-minute increments thereafter).
  • Booking Deposit: The first half hour charge of serves as your booking deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Stand-alone Survey Fee: if we can’t carry out the work due to issues such as missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from proceeding. This fee covers our call-out and initial assessment costs.
  • Shopping Time: for purchasing supplies on your behalf (plus the cost of materials).
  • Prices include all taxes and are valid for areas within the M25.
  • Fixed Price Estimate: We can also give you an estimate for a fixed price if you use our quote button.
  • Exclusions: Congestion charges and parking fees are excluded (where applicable).
