Same-day service is available for most of London (Zones 1–4). For emergencies, we'll prioritise your booking and aim to be there within hours, not days.
Can I see the price before I book?
Yes. Send us the property details and we will get back to you.
Can you work around guest bookings?
Absolutely — that's how we operate. Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we'll schedule work in the gap between stays.
Can you install or replace smart locks?
Yes. We fit smart locks, pair the apps, test codes, and make sure guest access works before we leave. We work with all major brands including Yale, Nuki, and August.
There's no electricity — can you help?
Yes. Our qualified electricians can diagnose faults, reset safely, and replace failed components. We'll get your property back online.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance plans?
Yes — especially for hosts and managers with multiple properties. We offer recurring plans with priority response times, consolidated invoicing, and seasonal refresh packages.
What areas of London do you cover?
We cover Zones 1–4, including central, east, south-east, and north London. Check our service area page for your specific neighbourhood.
Do you take packaging away?
Not by default — please mention it when booking and we'll arrange removal where possible.
