  • Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate location, referral source, cookie identifiers and analytics events.
  • Marketing preferences, such as consent records, opt-in source, opt-out requests and channel preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings, send appointment updates, manage payments, provide support, improve services, prevent misuse, send lawful marketing, and comply with legal obligations.

TaskMan may contact you by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or similar messaging channels about quotes, bookings, appointment reminders, job updates, support, payments, reviews and service follow-up.

Marketing messages are only sent where you have opted in or where the law allows. You can opt out of SMS or RCS marketing at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support where supported by the messaging channel.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS/RCS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with assigned professionals, payment processors, hosting and security providers, analytics and communication tools, messaging and telecom providers, advertising platforms, insurers, advisers, regulators, law enforcement or courts where necessary.

These providers may only use information as needed to provide services to TaskMan or comply with legal requirements.
