- A walk-through before we leave so you are happy with the placement and finish.

## How long B&Q items typically take

Realistic times from jobs we have actually done, so you can budget the slot:

- Chest of drawers — about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on drawer count.

## What to send for a fast quote

The single thing that speeds up a B&Q quote is a photo. Product codes on B&Q boxes are not always searchable, so a picture beats a description:

Our standard service assembles items already delivered to your address. If you need collection, ask when you book and we will tell you whether we can fit it around the slot.

### What if parts are missing or damaged?

It happens, and it is worth checking the boxes on delivery. We will build everything we can, photograph the problem so you have evidence for B&Q, and come back to finish once the replacement arrives.

### Can you fit wardrobes and shelves to the wall?

Yes. Anti-tip brackets supplied with the item are fitted as standard. If your walls are plasterboard we will use the correct fixings, and we will flag it if a wall will not safely take the load.

### Do you assemble B&Q kitchen units?

We assemble flat-packed cabinet carcasses and fit doors and handles. Full kitchen installation involving plumbing, gas or electrical work is a separate job — ask us and we will tell you what we can cover.
